Client Service Adminstrator

As a Client Service Administrator at SSB&T Wealth Management, I have a knack for thinking in processes and structure, which has allowed me to break down our everyday tasks and build repeatable systems that work seamlessly for our team. This organizational mindset has been instrumental in streamlining our operations and enhancing our efficiency. With over three years of experience in the financial services industry, I specialize in coordinating the administrative details to support our client services. My role involves scheduling meetings, completing account paperwork, opening accounts, moving money, handling data administration, and ensuring smooth operations.

Before joining SSB&T Wealth Management, I gained valuable experience working at Abacus Planning Group, where I developed my skills in client service. Additionally, I worked as a Freelance Virtual Assistant, an Administrator at Gately & Morris Law Offices, and a Communications Coordinator at Family Educators Alliance of South Texas (FEAST). In 2021, I obtained the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional (FPQP) designation, which further enhances my ability to support our clients effectively. I hold a bachelor's degree in communications from Louisiana Baptist University and am currently working towards obtaining the prestigious CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation from Liberty University.

As a Client Service Administrator, I believe that the greatest value I can provide for my clients is the ability to be a patient and clear communicator, a problem solver, and a strategic thinker. By offering exceptional support and guidance, I aim to empower our clients and help them navigate the complexities of their financial matters. I am motivated by building systems and creating order for our office and our clients. It brings me great satisfaction to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. I find joy in demystifying processes and concepts, enabling my clients to move forward confidently in their financial journey.

I currently reside in Fredericksburg, Texas, as the third of nine children from a close-knit military family. It brings me delight to witness our family grow even further, with the addition of one brother-in-law, three sisters-in-law, one niece, six nephews, and another on the way! Family is a cherished aspect of my life, and I am grateful for the love and support they provide. Outside of work, I actively contribute to my community. I lead the women’s ministry at my church and serve on the board of a local Domestic Violence Shelter called The Grace Center. These involvements allow me to make a positive impact and support those in need. During my free time, I indulge in various hobbies. I enjoy cooking, singing, reading, hiking, and camping. Recently, I have rekindled my interest in knitting and have also started exploring the world of watercolor painting.
